Production Operator (Cleanroom)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet strict quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or deviations during the production process
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Previous experience as a production operator, preferably in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and standard operating procedures
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
