About the role
As our Retail & Channel Marketing Intern, you'll play an active role in bringing our brands to life through retail activations, campaigns, product launches, and events across Europe. Responsibilities
- Retail & Brand Activation
- Support the development and execution of in-store displays, retail activations, and merchandising programs.
- Help bring our premium brands to life at retail partners across EMEA.
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities for new audio products.
- Campaigns & Marketing
- Assist in adapting global campaigns for local markets and retail partners.
- Support retailer-specific marketing programs and promotional activities.
- Help create presentations, marketing materials, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and marketing calendars.
- Events & Community
- Support dealer events, product demonstrations, trainings, and trade shows.
- Coordinate event materials, product samples, and marketing assets.
- Assist with event planning, execution, and post-event evaluations.
- Help create engaging brand experiences for audio enthusiasts and retail partners.
- Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Gain insight into channel marketing, retail strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Learn how premium brands are marketed and activated across multiple European markets.
- What You Need to Be Successful:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field at a university in the Netherlands.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communicator in English and preferably Dutch who enjoys working in international teams.
- Familiar with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Available to work from our Eindhoven office at least 3 days per week.

- Passion for music, audio, hi-fi, home cinema, gaming, or consumer technology.
- Interest in retail marketing, channel marketing, brand activation, and events.
- Experience with student organizations, events, social media, or marketing projects is a plus.
