- Ability to drive/follow a capture process from opportunity positioning and qualification through proposal development and opportunity closing.
- Demonstrated experience working with the FAR.
- Ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

As a driver of group growth, this highly visible role will work closely with ICF's most senior leaders to develop strategy and drive business growth for the group's largest and most strategic opportunities. This role is centered on understanding market trends, technical direction, and customer priorities, then translating that intelligence into compelling capture strategies and winning proposals. The ideal candidate will leverage ICF's deep mission understanding and expertise in digital modernization services to drive successful outcomes. The Capture Director must have a proven track record of full lifecycle capture success within the DoD and Civilian federal agencies, including multiple strategic wins where they have developed and executed high-impact capture strategies. This role is fully remote and requires occasional travel to Reston, VA.
