Responsibilities
- As a Customer Delivery Architect - Wireless to support Service Provider and Enterprise accounts in the Cisco Customer Experience Team:

- Education & General Experience: Typically requires a BSEE/CS or equivalent plus 5-10 years of experience in a network engineering or telecommunications support environment (MS strongly preferred), along with strong technical account management skills.
- Wireless & RF Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Wireless technology-specifically Catalyst IOS XE WLC units including virtual appliances-combined with RF Design, Survey/Engineering, and troubleshooting skills using either Ekahau or Hamina.
- Network Design & Deployment: IP Network Design skills, a working understanding of successfully deploying Cisco Spaces within a customer environment, and experience designing and deploying key WLAN applications (Voice over WLAN, Context-Aware Location-Based Services, and Wireless Guest Access).
- Security & Troubleshooting: Thorough understanding of WLAN security and network management (including ISE and/or RADIUS services), coupled with expert-level inter-networking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
- Preferred Requirements:

- -CCIE-WLAN, CCNP-WLAN, CCNA-WLAN
- -CWNA, CWSP, CWAP, CWNE

- -Project Management, leadership and mentoring skills.

- -In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability, QOS & capacity planning.
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- TRAVEL (25%) : Must be available to travel to on-site customer meetings and site specific troubleshooting.
