About the role

We are seeking experienced relationship managers, private bankers, wealth advisors, and client acquisition professionals with established networks and strong client relationship capabilities. This role is designed for individuals who: Possess an existing network of accredited investors, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or sophisticated investors; or Have a proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships independently.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and develop relationships with accredited investors, HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, and strategic investors
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of client relationships
  • Introduce suitable investment opportunities and solutions offered by LEC
  • Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the investment and management team to support client servicing and business development initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Maintain high professional and regulatory standards in all client interactions
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in private banking, wealth management, asset management, external asset management ("EAM"), family office advisory, or related client-facing financial services roles
  • Existing client network and relationship management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and business development capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Motivated by long-term value creation rather than fixed salary structures
