The Assistant Director assists with functional and admistrative responsibility for the programs and events held within the Aquatic Center. Job Description Serves as the Meet Director for all Mako Swim Program meets and assists all other Meet Directors for all aquatics special events. Direct the Event Technician staff (7-10 students), including training, supervision, hiring, recruitment, discipline, and scheduling Assist Director with the development, recommendation, and management of aquatic budget. Prepare and present all aquatic event SOP's, all event evaluations, maintains roster of all eternal groups, facility use agreement, certificates of insurance and all event financial summaries. This includes all internal and external rental groups in the Aquatics Center. Prepares billing monthly for rental groups in the Aquatic Center. Provides administrative support for the Mako Swim Program Works with rental groups to develop event protocol and compliance of event rules Troubleshoot timing system issues during swim meets Office environment/no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
