Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay current with industry best practices and trends, integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
  • Minimum of 7 experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in a technology-driven or innovative environment is highly desirable.
