As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our support operations by providing expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. Armed with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a keen eye for details, you're a problem solver who's always looking for ways to improve internal processes to achieve better results. In this role, you will... Optimize client's real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios. Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow. You are passionate about providing exception service to your clients and you are able to do this through providing analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence purchase decisions. Assist in developing content and writing presentations and offering memoranda. You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment and are comfortable providing support in client presentations, responses to RFP's and new business pitches. You excel in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deliver results to the highest accuracy in terms of financial analysis. May perform other duties as assigned. What success looks like Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area. 2-5 years' experience in real estate and/or capital markets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience. Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis. Strong research skills and attention to details. Commercial real estate experience is required Action oriented and has ability to handle multiple deadlines and work with minimal direction and supervision. Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area / Location Specific: Woodbridge, NJ. Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
