Junior Valuer

Requirements

• You will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to learn the valuation process, timing, and assumption. Plus, you'll be a member of a small collaborative team and you will learn to manage the evaluation process and reports.
• Academic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics
• 1/3 years experience in RE field
• Strong interest in the Real Estate field
• Familiar with evaluation process
• B2 English level
• Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
• Good attitude to teamwork
• Available for inspections throughout Italy
• Nice to have: reporting activity experience
