- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide coverage of crisis service beyond scheduled work hour/shifts and as assigned by crisis service supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts and enter all data in a timely manner.
- Client's follow-up needs are documented for Team follow-up.
- Deescalates crisis situations as needed.
- Thorough assessment of risk of harm to self or others is clearly documented and plan to assure safety is thorough and feasible.
- Make appropriate referrals for least restrictive treatment possible to ensure psychiatric needs are being met as evidenced by documentation.
- Clinician makes every effort to respond to calls promptly.
- Creates an atmosphere of cooperation with Centerstone departments, community agencies, mental health consumers, and the public at large.
- Attend all team meetings, clinical supervision and completes online trainings as required.
- Understands how the job functions within the overall Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) model.
- Performs all required job duties and responsibilities in accordance to CCBHC Standards.
