The Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management job supports the management of TIAA's real estate portfolio and provides support for managing, leasing, development, and dispositions of diversified, domestic real estate investments and strategic relationships. Working under close supervision, this job will assist in achieving superior returns on real estate assets through active management and leasing while operating in a highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life sciences Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts. Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process. Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market. Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments. Experience in Argus Enterprise and Excel. Evaluate and provide recommendations on leasing, capital projects and dispositions Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience No Experience Required Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 5IC
