  • Experience in tourism program development , particularly in farm tourism or ecotourism implementation , is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in community development, tourism development, business administration, or a related field relevant to tourism program development
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal and professional relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and CSOs
  • Demonstrated experience in managing or coordinating technical assistance teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all CBT activities are implemented in accordance with the approved Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) and in full compliance with the regulations and requirements of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) . The Project Officer will coordinate closely with the Department of Tourism (DOT) , including both central and regional offices, to contribute to the achievement of project indicators agreed upon with the donor. The role also requires active engagement with Barangay Captains, Local Government Units (LGUs), associations, cooperatives, and other community-level stakeholders to support effective implementation, coordination, and sustainability of project activities.
