Requirements

• Has experience moderating user-created projects and live-streamed content to determine the level of safety
• Must be focused on the task ahead
• Should be comfortable with the possibility of viewing extreme or disturbing content.
• Experience with child trust and safety
• Understanding of high-level child safety processes
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus

We are looking for experienced Moderator with experience in child trust and safety to join our remote team. As a member of this project you will monitor & moderate social feeds for issues raised by the public and respond where appropriate using pre-approved text. You will also escalate issues to our client's security where appropriate. Project Hours (All Times Pacific): Monday: 6am-10am PT Tuesday to Friday: 6am-11am Saturday & Sunday: 6am-2pm Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 20 hours per week 90 days Orientation Begins: TBD Language: English
