Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from project initiation to final completion and handover.
  • Develop project execution plans, construction methodologies, work schedules, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover to clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a project management or leadership role .
  • Proven experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project planning, and project controls.
  • Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, and industry standards.
  • Experience managing project budgets, cost control, claims, variations, procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
  • Knowledge of BIM coordination and digital construction processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight timelines.
  • Willing to travel between project sites as required.
