Responsibilities

  • Support and sustain production equipment with focus on vision inspection systems and measurement reliability
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain machine vision recipes, lighting setup, camera alignment, and inspection parameters
  • Perform MSA including GR&R, bias, linearity, and stability studies
  • Analyze equipment and process data to identify root causes and drive corrective actions

  • Prepare technical documentation including SOP, OCAP, PM checklist, and engineering reports
  • Support new equipment qualification, setup, and buyoff activities
  • What you need to have
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in equipment engineering within semiconductor or automated manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of MSA, SPC, and statistical tools
  • Hands-on experience with machine vision systems such as Cohu, Pentamaster, ASM, Nortech, Youngsoul or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge with camera systems, optics, lighting control, sensors, b and image processing concepts
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting PLC, Vision industrial communication, and automation systems is an advantage
  • Good understanding of TPM, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AOI, AVI, laser marking inspection, or automated inspection equipment
  • Knowledge in Spotfire, Python, SQL, or data analytics tools
  • Familiar with SECS/GEM, RS232, Ethernet/IP, or factory automation integration
  • Experience in equipment improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives
