Customer Service Claims Associate - Dutch Speaker Location: Amsterdam, 1105 BE Overview of the Position As a member of our European Claims team, your main responsibility will be to assess and resolve insurance claims. We are seeking candidates with an excellent command of the Dutch language, strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. We are proud to partner with one of the largest telecom brands in the Netherlands. In this role, you will support customers by assisting with claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged mobile phones and other devices. What Makes Us Different?
