As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be working as part of our candidate onboarding team, supporting candidates whilst they go through vetting before starting work with the Royal Mail Group. This is a structured and process-driven role, which will involve working to targets and SLAs as per our client agreements The Angard Onboarding Specialist should become an expert in understanding their client requirements such that they can ensure there is a sufficient deployable pool of high calibre candidates available. What you'll be doi ng Creating and issuing offer letters and issuing screening link to begin pre- employment checks Checking right to work documentation Guiding candidates through onboarding processes from screening to offer accepted Updating multiple internal systems Who we're looking fo r Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team High level of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding service Feel what it's like to truly belong...
