As the Team / Shift 2nd Lead Production, you will take on a key leadership role within our manufacturing operations. The position focuses on guiding a team of production specialists and ensuring smooth daily execution of production plans within defined timelines and quality standards. Join us in driving operational excellence in a dynamic production environment.
Mon- Fri hours 2:30 PM-10:30 PM. Onsite.
What you with accomplish together with us:
Allocation of resources aligned with daily production plans
Oversight of production plan adherence and operational output
Constructive performance feedback and implementation of corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality
Coordination of timely maintenance and repair of machinery
Monitoring operational KPIs to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity expectations
Support in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production team
What will convince us:
High School Diploma or equivalent and/or apprenticeship in a suitable technical field
1+ years of leadership experience
3+ years of experience in production environments
Additional specialist qualification or leadership certification
Proficiency in English
