Line Cook/Chef De Partie

Responsibilities

• Craft CMCR's signature brunch dishes and seasonal menus with precision and flair
• Maintain consistency and high standards in taste, presentation, and execution
• Support smooth daily operations - mise en place, prep, service, and cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with a passionate team of chefs and baristas
• Bring fresh ideas and energy to the kitchen as we grow together

Requirements

• Experience in casual or premium all-day dining kitchens (brunch experience a plus!)
• A team player with great attitude, initiative, and a hunger to learn
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality dishes
• For Senior Roles (Chef de Partie to Junior Sous): leadership in guiding junior team members and managing daily operations efficiently
