Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team with a clear, objective leadership style
• Create a culture of exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on NPS and customer outcomes
• Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
• Use data, insight, and customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience
• Embed consistent ways of working following the store's transition to an operated model
• Oversee all aspects of store operations including compliance, stock, and team planning

• Earn monthly bonuses on top of your salary. Store Managers can earn up to £1,190 per month in bonus, plus uncapped commission, rewarding both individual and team performance. Your leadership drives results - and it pays off.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
• Strong people leader with an objective, performance-focused approach
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience, with a clear understanding of NPS
• Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
• Confident communicator who can engage, coach, and challenge a team
• Experience managing change or transitions would be highly beneficial
