Within our DevOps engineering team at Kyndryl, you'll be a master of managing and administering the backbone of our technological infrastructure. You'll be the architect of the system, shaping the base definition, structure, and documentation to ensure the long-term success of our business operations.

Responsibilities

• IaC & DevOps: Build secure, reusable Terraform modules with embedded policy-as-code and backup protection
• CI/CD Security: Integrate automated security scans; block non-compliant deployments
• Compliance & Monitoring: Enable continuous compliance, drift detection, and remediation
• Governance & Enablement: Document standards, runbooks, and drive secure DevOps adoption
• Logging & Monitoring (ALZ): Implement centralized logging, alerting, and incident integration
• Security Remediation: Identify and fix compliance gaps using policy enforcement
• App Migration (ALZ): Plan and execute migration/rebuild with full compliance and validation
• Cloud Migration: Migrate on-prem workloads to cloud with minimal disruption and full monitoring integration

Requirements

• Required Technical and Professional Experience
• 10 -15 Years of Experience on IT, 5+ Years relevant Experience on Devops Engineer
• Strong experience in Azure Landing Zone (ALZ) architecture
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and alerting frameworks
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance
• Experience in cloud migration (rehost, refactor, rebuild)
• Familiarity with Azure Policy and compliance tooling
• Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformations
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
