Job Description & Requirements Job Description for Sales and Marketing Executive - Expand company's customer base, grow new leads and ensure strong company presence in the construction industry - Develop marketing strategies and creation of marketing collaterals - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Liaise with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, owners and designers to achieve sales target - Involve in all sales & marketing activities such as conducting cold calls, preparing and carrying out presentations, attending meetings, workshops, seminars and business dinner - Good understanding of company products and services - Understand client's requirement and assist in the preparation of sales quotations, tender submission documents, follow ups and securing sales - Responsible for payment certificate and payment follow-up and collection - Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers - Carry out site visit and work outside the office as required - Pipeline and forecasting of potential projects to assist Project/Operations with their planning Requirements include: Well versed in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
