- Demonstrated understanding of paid social fundamentals, including objectives, targeting, formats, and performance considerations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with paid media partners and incorporate paid social thinking into holistic social strategies
- Demonstrated experience using social monitoring and other measurement platforms; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client service experience, preferably in an agency environment; experience collaborating effectively internally and externally as part

The ideal candidate will manage and drive day-to-day social strategy, content, and channel planning work to evolve our clients' approach to reaching and breaking through with key health audiences. You'll be at the heart of client relationships and collaborate with Real Chemistry's teams across paid media, creative, integrated communications/PR, and analytics. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices-including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville-or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
