Responsibilities
- Own the Berlin office day to day: facilities, supplies, health and safety, guest access, room bookings, snacks and the things that make the office a great place to work
- Be the welcoming face for new joiners on their first day: office tours, onboarding and benefit sessions.

- Support the global Workplace team with Berlin-based event coordination and local logistics as needed.
- What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience in an office coordination, People Ops, or administrative role - ideally in a fast-moving tech or scale-up environment
- Working knowledge of German employment legislation, and knowledge of French or Irish employment legislation is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English - both are essential for this role
- Experience using an HRIS; Workday familiarity is a plus.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a track record of managing multiple priorities accurately and simultaneously.
- A natural communicator and listener - someone who builds trust quickly and brings a balanced, thoughtful approach to every interaction.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment, while staying closely connected to a distributed team.

We are looking for an organised, people-first People & Office Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our Berlin workplace. You'll make sure our team has a great day-to-day experience and that new joiners across Germany, Ireland and France feel genuinely welcomed and set up for success from day one. You'll own the Berlin office environment end to end while supporting the full employee lifecycle across our European locations - from onboarding administration through to offboarding. Working closely with our international People team, you'll be a visible, warm presence for everyone who walks through our Berlin doors. It's a varied, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of People and Workplace - no two days look the same. This role reports to the Director of People International. This role is based in our Berlin office three days per week.
