Job Description 1.Compliance Framework & Policy Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance framework, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and business strategies. Ensure compliance policies and SOPs are up to date and effectively communicated across the organization. Provide guidance to business units on compliance-related matters. 2.Regulatory Compliance Oversight Oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to NPL/NPA management, PDPA, AML/CFT, and relevant regulatory guidelines. Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on business operations. Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting and submissions. 3.Incident & Complaint Management Establish and oversee processes for handling compliance incidents, breaches, and customer complaints. Investigate compliance issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Report significant compliance issues to senior management and relevant committees. 4.Compliance Culture & Awareness Promote a strong culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity throughout the organization. Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees. Provide advisory support to management and staff on compliance best practices. 5.Regulatory Liaison Act as the primary point of contact with regulators and supervisory authorities. Coordinate regulatory examinations, inspections, and inquiries. Manage communications and responses related to regulatory matters. 6.Advisory Role Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and the Board on compliance risks and regulatory issues. Provide strategic input on business initiatives, products, and processes to ensure compliance considerations are embedded. Support enterprise risk management and governance frameworks. Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, or regulatory functions Solid experience in leading a Compliance function within banking, AMC, non-bank financial institutions, or FinTech environments Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to NPL/NPA management, PDPA, AML/CFT, and financial regulations Proven experience in developing compliance frameworks, policies, and governance structures Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with regulators
