VP, Software Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based applications with focus on complex UI and Database development .
• Build, troubleshoot, optimize and improve existing and new web applications and systems supporting money movement and financial transaction workflows .
• Lead cross-functional collaboration sessions with business partners, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences, adapting communication style to audience needs.
• Mentor and develop team members through effective communication, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Assist management in technical assessment of risks and issues, and document recommendations.
• Support the production of technical documentation in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.
• Develop solutions according to enterprise standards.
• Present solutions in code review meetings and architecture review boards .
• Design and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and advanced debug support.
• Evaluate new design proposals, investigate and recommend solutions and process improvements that deliver services with high scalability and performance.
• Leverage AI/ML technologies and modern development tools to enhance developer productivity,

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing team/s of direct reports
• 7+ years of .NET experience
• 5+ years SQL server experience
• 3+ year(s) AWS experience
• AI/ML experience is MUST
• Pay Range:
• $155,300.00 - $258,800.00
