We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist - Executive Seach who brings deep expertise in executive talent research and sourcing and understands how to identify and engage senior leaders across complex markets. This role focuses on proactive executive talent identification and market intelligence rather than high-volume recruiting. You will partner closely with senior talent leaders and hiring stakeholders to map leadership markets, identify passive executive talent, and build strategic pipelines for Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite level roles, primarily across North America. Success in this role requires strong research capability, curiosity about industries and leadership structures, and the ability to build credible relationships with senior executives who are often not actively seeking new opportunities. You will contribute directly to shaping leadership pipelines and providing market insights that inform critical hiring decisions across the business. Key Responsibilit i es: 1. Executive Talent Identification & Market Mapping Conduct targeted talent mapping for senior leadership and executive mandates across the US and Canada Build long lists of qualified executive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and other intelligence tools Develop and maintain pipelines of passive executive talent across VP, SVP, EVP and C-suite levels Maintain accurate candidate records and market insights within internal systems 2. Passive Candidate Engagement Develop personalised outreach strategies to engage senior leaders across North America Build long-term relationships with executive candidates for both current and future leadership needs Conduct initial qualification discussions to assess alignment with leadership requirements 3. Research & Market Intelligence Produce organisation mapping, competitor analysis, and leadership landscape insights Conduct research on industries, companies, and leadership teams to identify relevant executive talent Provide market intelligence including talent availability, compensation insights, and diversity considerations 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers on executive search initiatives Present candidate insights and talent maps clearly to internal stakeholders Manage multiple executive sourcing projects with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Experience & Qualifications: Required Experience 3-6 years of experience in executive sourcing, leadership research, or executive search Demonstrated experience identifying and engaging senior leadership talent (Director, VP, SVP, C-suite) within the North American market. Experience in EMEA and APAC market will be a plus. Exposure to industries such as Technology , Financial Services or Private Equity-backed organisations Experience preparing talent maps, candidate longlists, and executive briefings Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives professionally Experience using executive sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools Strong research capability with the ability to analyse organisations, leadership structures, and talent markets Comfortable working hours that support collaboration with North American stakeholders Personal Attributes High level of professionalism and discretion when working with confidential leadership searches Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail Self-driven and proactive, able to manage multiple sourcing projects Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and executives
