About the role

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY of NAVMED OPER TRNG CENTER. GS-07: $50,460 - $65,599 GS-09: $61,722 - $80,243 GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving budget estimates. Experience processing budget requests, managing controls, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Experience formulating budget and cost estimates to support organizational plans, programs, and activities. Experience reconciling accounting data, preparing reports, and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval. Experience using automated systems such as financial systems and platforms, management information systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) to extract information. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using automated systems such as financial and management information systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to extract information, compile and consolidate data. Experience assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budget formulations and estimates. Experience maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval. Experience performing administrative work in connection with accounting systems.
