MRT Aircraft Technician

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years' experience in general business aviation
• Owns hand tools to complete work (list will be provided)
• Requires extensive travel
• Extensive experience with general aviation aircraft and ability to complete projects with no supervision required
• Airframe & Powerplant certifications required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions
• Organized and detail oriented
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic sheet metal skills and/or basic electrical capabilities considered a plus

Additional Information

We are seeking Mobile Response Team (MRT) Maintenance Technicians to support aircraft maintenance operations based out of Boise, Idaho. In this role, technicians will perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on aircraft utilizing diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, and standard hand tools. All work must be completed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved maintenance procedures, and manufacturer specifications to ensure airworthiness and timely return to service. Work Schedule This position follows a rotating schedule of seven consecutive workdays followed by seven consecutive days off. Scheduled workweeks run Monday through Sunday during the assigned rotation.
