Senior Engineer I, Field Service

Requirements

• -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• -Minimum 7 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment is required.-Solid understanding of vacuum systems, gas delivery, electromechanical schematics, and microprocessor-based control systems.
• -Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• -Able to work in a cleanroom and customer site environment
• -Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• -Fluent in Korean; proficient in English (verbal and written).
• -Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• -No restrictions on overseas travel.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and optimizing our PEALD and ALD systems at customer sites in Dongtan. Your expertise will help ensure ASM's tools meet the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction. What you will be working on -Perform installation, relocation, and upgrades of ASM equipment at customer sites. -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues related to tool operation. -Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following ASM protocols. -Collaborate with global technical support teams to resolve complex hardware escalations. -Provide user training and respond to customer inquiries professionally. -Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety procedures. -Maintain accurate service documentation, including install status and service reports.
