About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development Manager to lead operations and capability development for a corporate learning function. You will play a central role in implementing the organisation's capability development blueprint - managing learning systems, overseeing training budgets, developing analytics dashboards, and integrating AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in learning delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Academy Operations & Programme Management
  • Support the implementation of the organisation's capability development blueprint and learning strategy
  • Provide secretariat support for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) system and related governance structures
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives including Brown Bag Sessions and community-of-practice engagements
  • Manage day-to-day academy operations and ensure smooth end-to-end learning programme delivery
  • Budget & Training Funds Management
  • Assist in managing the academy's budget and training funds - tracking utilisation, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial governance requirements
  • Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders on budget planning and reporting
  • Learning Systems & Technology
  • Manage and administer learning management systems including Workday and LEARN
  • Integrate AI tools and automation solutions to streamline academy operations and enhance the learner experience
  • Support the development of Tableau-based learning analytics dashboards to track participation, outcomes, and capability trends
  • Capability & Competency Development
  • Support the design and implementation of competency frameworks and structured learning interventions
  • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and capability development sessions as required
  • Identify learning gaps and translate them into targeted development programmes aligned with organisational needs
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business units, and senior leadership on capability development priorities
  • Manage external training vendors and partners to ensure quality and value for money

Requirements

  • Singaporean Only
  • Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in learning & development or training operations
  • Experience managing learning systems such as Workday or LMS platforms
