ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Factory Capex planning base on the loading forecast, Capex budget control and monitoring on capital utilization and efficiency. Productivity improvement project: Lead in cost saving projects such as Productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, MMR improvement, etc. to meet company goals. Capacity planning and analysis to meet the volume demand and maximize the plant utilization. Maintain IE database and lead on the IE related system project. Time study and time standards: Perform time study data collection and analysis, continuous improvement based on Lean concept. Define production layout to ensure high efficiency and ergonomic for Lean operation. Coordinate in tool relocation & re-layout activities. Resources planning for DL & IDL based on production volume targets. Carried out material flow & process flow analysis. Study and explore opportunity to improve current process flow, material flow, line balancing, etc. Validate automation performance and capability. Support IE in validating offline process activity such as conversion time, kitting time, tooling preparation time, etc. and opportunity to improve the offline activities cycle time. Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation team to achieve Operations KPI's Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Proven capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision, showcasing strong self-management and decision-making abilities. PREFERRED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets. Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD software for engineering design and documentation. In-depth understanding of LEAN principles and Six Sigma methodologies, with practical application experience.
