Education Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Teaching & Operational Goals
• Ensure the completion of all teaching and operational KPIs across 6 campuses.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to drive improvements in education delivery and student satisfaction.
• Collaborate with school managers to optimize resource allocation and teaching schedules.
• Teacher Training & Development
• Design and implement training programs to enhance teachers' instructional skills and methodologies.
• Conduct regular workshops, coaching sessions, and evaluations to ensure teaching excellence.
• Develop a structured onboarding process for new teachers.
• Curriculum Development & Enhancement
• Oversee the refinement and standardization of course materials and lesson plans.
• Ensure that all course content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with educational standards.
• Gather feedback from teachers and students to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Competition Planning & Training
• Develop a structured plan for academic competitions, including preparation timelines and training sessions.
• Provide strategic guidance and resources to teachers and students for competition readiness.
• Track and evaluate competition performance to enhance future training programs.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education operations, training, or academic management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with academic competitions and student engagement strategies.
