About the Role Providing a luxury service across the UK. We put our fleet team centre to all our operations. They are the heartbeat. Without them THE OUT doesn't work. As THE OUT grows, so does our fleet and operational teams. We are looking for people who want to be part of a fast growing start up, working with premium cars and managing an array of Driver Representatives. A fleet Coordinator is essentially the person behind the entire operation. You'll be responsible for: Helping streamline the delivery and collection process Providing excellent Customer Service Maintaining record logs to ensure smooth running of vehicles Conducting full damage checks Identifying and reporting any fleet maintenance issues Liaising with car repair services General administration duties Delivery and collecting company cars across London and surrounding areas We are looking for a candidate who: Loves to engage with customers and delivers outstanding levels of service Takes ownership of customer needs and complaints Is passionate and knowledgeable about the cars Has good communication and time management skills Is flexible to work on weekends Ownership of a full clean GB or EU driving licence held for a minimum of 24 months Previous car rental experience is strongly desirable What we offer; Weekend Availability Annual salary £28,500 Annual performance bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (adjusted based on shift) Enrolment into Company Pension Scheme Employee discount on rentals Potential to grow inside a fast-paced start-up environment Schedule - 10 hour shift Work Location: In person As this role involves more than 'just' working with nice cars, we are looking for people with positive, customer friendly attitudes.
