Job Description & Requirements DCS is looking for a Field Operations Engineer to meet our expansion needs. We are looking for skilled individuals. Field Operations form an essential part of our company, ensuring that our services are well supported on our customers' premises and continue to serve them well. They are critical as the company's frontline, frequent contact with our clients and their outlet's teams. The Field Operations Engineer position is a hands-on role, and candidates with essential technical backgrounds would be favorably considered. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support to the merchants, including but not limited to the general operations or functionality issues via remote or on-site support. - Perform routine maintenance and repair of handheld Android Payment or Loyalty Terminals according to the given timeline and schedule - Conduct product setup, delivery and training or collection according to the given timeline and schedule - Exercise flexibility at work, such as travel to customer sites on short notice and to in a shifting schedule whenever necessary - Work closely with the Team Lead or related supervisor(s) in completing the designated operations tasks according to the official workflow and procedure - Provide helpful feedback and idea to the Team Lead to improve the quality of work and services. - Assist the team in performing technical support whenever necessary - Handle support call hotline on a rotating weekly basis.
