Intern, Order Management

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain support within Order Management
• Ensure order accuracy based on new and archived data
• Monitor system alerts
• Perform simple system movements
• Ensure timely responses to e-mails
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
• Support the Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Requirements

• You are a student, or you have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes, and organization
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, GMES) would be an asset
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and a good networker
• You demonstrate a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• You are interested in working in international teams and cooperating with multiple teams
• You are fluent in English; any additional language would be an asset
