About the role

As a Director for Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of new compensation and benefit programs and the management and evaluation and review of existing programs. This position is located in Washington, DC. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
