Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap & Strategy
  • Work with Product vendor to Develop and execute a comprehensive digital warehousing strategy aligned with Customer Operations goals.

  • Work with IT, process experts, and super users to shape feasible improvements.
  • Accelerate "No‑Touch" adoption through training, playbooks, and super‑user networks.
  • Track adoption KPIs and advocate automation to minimize manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with CO Excellence, GBS, market operations, and 3PL partners to gather requirements and manage issues.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product vision, priorities, and updates.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously refine product objectives.
  • Risk, Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure all controls for warehousing digital products are monitored and executed.
  • Partner with Risk and Corporate Audit to develop remediation plans when risks are identified.
  • Application Management & Vendor Governance
  • Monitor defect trends and partner with vendors to drive root‑cause fixes and improve release readiness.
  • Track SLAs (availability, performance, incident MTTR) and manage incident/problem tickets with vendor teams
  • Establish and enforce application governance standards and procedures.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure service levels and value delivery.
  • Resource & Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the product budget to align with strategic priorities.
  • Track spending, optimize resource utilization, and address skill or resource gaps as needed.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end warehousing and logistics processes (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory) with the ability to translate user needs into clear functional requirements
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, BY WMS) and familiarity with automation/robotics and system integrations (e.g., WCS, YMS)
  • Ability to engage with warehouse operators, super users, and process experts to validate workflows and ensure solutions meet operational needs
  • Proven capability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging operational and product/technology teams
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and distributed teams
