REQ14719 Officer, Control Room (Open Date: 03/06/2026) POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Officer, Control Room, the Officer, Control Room is responsible for monitoring all non-gaming related operational functions of the Surveillance Department and other areas to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable environment within the Company is maintained. He / She is responsible for providing high level of customer service to their internal and external customers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Observes and monitors persons on premises using CCTV camera systems, responds to persons behaving suspiciously or unlawfully and reports security breaches. 2. Allocates resources and tasks by responding, in a timely manner, to telephone/radio requests, monitoring progression/completion of tasks, recording and logging of all relevant information. 3. Acknowledges, responds and records all alarms within the appropriate time frame. 4. Maintains Security Access System. 5. Monitors and coordinates communications during emergencies. 6. Maintains and monitors radios and other equipment. 7. Provides assistance and information to security operations. 8. Assists in the training of new Officer, Control Room. 9. Performs additional tasks as required including the functions of a security, staff entry and Officer, Loading Dock. 10. Performs administrative tasks including reports and compilation of statistics. 11. Adheres to and exhibit pro-active leadership in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety policy by assuming responsibility and accountability for the health and safety of employees and for the working environment. 12.
