Responsibilities
- Your leadership extends to the teams working across the categories oversee, providing overall direction and guidance. You hold direct responsibility for team members in various roles including Product Managers, Product Developers, Pattern makers and Design
- Setting the direction, leading by example, and building strong collaborative relationships across teams and departments will be key to aligning strategies and driving the growth and success of our New Development Department.

- Extensive leadership experience, with at least 10 years of proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.

- The ability to define clear strategies aligned with company purpose and business goals, and the discipline to follow through on execution.
- Expertise in building and managing collaborative relationships across diverse departments, including design, planning, production and support functions.
