Manager, Algorithm Developmen(AI/ML)

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management
• Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions (required)
• Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design)
• Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar)
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Lead and scale a team of AI / algorithm engineers (ML, DL, LLMs) Define and drive the AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals Actively contribute hands-on to design, development, and implementation of AI solutions Own delivery of AI solutions-from research and prototyping to production deployment Guide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into Frontline products Drive adoption of advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, Generative AI) Collaborate closely with software, product, and application teams Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team Ensure high engineering standards, scalability, and production readiness
