Responsibilities

  • Translate insights into clear, prioritized recommendations tied to business outcomes
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Mentor and develop junior insights talent, fostering strong analytical and storytelling capabilities
  • Elevate the role of shopper insights as a strategic growth driver across the organization
  • Establish best practices and frameworks for grocery-focused insights work

Requirements

  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 10-12+ years of a successful track record in shopper/consumer insights and primary market research
  • Deep expertise in grocery retail, with experience supporting national and/or regional grocery accounts
  • Advanced proficiency with syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana/IRI), loyalty data, and omnichannel analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business impact through insights
  • Strong leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences

  • New Hire Base Salary Range:
  • $141,500.00 - $176,900.00
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
