- Financial Management:

- Work with practice managers and revenue cycle team to optimize and maximize revenue generation.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in multi-site dental practice management or operations, preferably within a DSO or mid-sized group.
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and insurance processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational data.
- Familiarity with dental industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
