We are looking for an UI/UX Designer who has a passion for nurturing every child to become an everyday hero who drives positive change for himself / herself, others and the world, is concerned about animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and sustainability. As one of the first few hires on the venture, you will shape the product to speak to the voice of the customer with your creative design expertise. Job Responsibilities Design Strategy and Planning Drive product design outcomes across key product areas, setting design direction for complex and strategic initiatives Define and execute design strategies, sprint goals, and experience principles that align with user needs, business objectives, product priorities, and brand direction Communicate the product vision, experience strategy, and design rationale clearly to internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior decision-makers Product Design Execution, Visual Design & Design Systems Create and execute low to high-fidelity designs, including user flows, wireframes, mockups, visual design comps, prototypes, and interaction states Shape the overall product and feature experience, ensuring individual features connect into a cohesive, intuitive, and scalable end-to-end user journey Produce high-quality visual design that elevates the clarity, consistency, credibility, and engagement of the user experience in line with the brand Design with consideration for regional and contextual user behaviours, ensuring solutions are relevant, practical, and user-appropriate Establish, maintain, and evolve the design system and style guide, including reusable components, patterns, interaction states, and visual standards Ensure designs follow established design system patterns while identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement Promote accessibility, usability, systems thinking, and scalable design best practices across all design work User Research, Usability Testing & Iteration Lead stakeholder sessions, user research, ethnographic research, and design thinking workshops to uncover user needs, business requirements, pain points, and opportunity areas Translate research insights into clear, actionable design deliverables, including personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes Plan, facilitate, and synthesize usability testing for assigned features, flows, and experience journeys, turning findings into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering teams Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability findings, stakeholder input, product insights, and business priorities to continuously improve the user experience Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope, iterate, and ship high-quality product features Partner with Product Management to plan and execute product design strategy, define priorities, and align design work with roadmap goals Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical constraints while protecting UX goals, clarifying acceptance criteria, edge cases, and implementation details Work with Content, Marketing, Growth, and Business teams where required to support product launches, campaigns, and related design assets Represent the design function in cross-functional discussions, ensuring user needs, design quality, and business objectives are considered in decision-making Job Requirements 5+ years of experience designing stellar B2C products end-to-end, preferably fullstack web or hybrid apps Experience working in a combination of early-stage ventures,
