Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of navigation system projects, including installation, retrofit, and commissioning of ECDIS and radar systems aboard SOLAS vessels.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support during installation phases, troubleshooting hardware and software integration issues to minimize vessel downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, partners, and vessel crews to ensure proficiency with ChartWorld systems.

- What We Need From You
- Maritime industry experience (essential)
- Minimum 3 years in a technical engineering role, preferably with ECDIS and bridge navigation equipment
- Hands‑on experience with radar installation and digital chart data (ENC/SENC) - highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Office (essential) and familiarity with CRM applications
- Ability and willingness to travel (domestic and international)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Open to new technology and an environment that is in constant change
