Private Duty Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN (Short Shifts)

Responsibilities

• While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:
• Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.
• Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
• 🕒 Shift Times
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (M-F).
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
• Setting: Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.
• Schedule & Pay
• Hourly Pay Range: $30 - $45/hr
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
• Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
