- Minimum Requirements for Senior Project Engineer - Systems Engineering :
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or related technical discipline

- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate across multiple technical teams with competing priorities and timelines
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with data management, technical documentation, and information systems
- Ability to assess technical analyses for alignment with program objectives and provide constructive guidance to subject matter experts
- Willing to travel occasionally (less than 10%, primarily domestic)
