The Role As a Business Development (BD)Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth of the rent roll through the acquisition of high-quality managements. This is a pure growth role-you'll focus on building pipeline, winning new business, and scaling a portfolio using a genuinely differentiated offering. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new management opportunities through networking, prospecting, referral generation, marketing initiatives, presentations, and other targeted business development activities. You will proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and take ownership of converting opportunities into long-term management agreements. Success in this role requires strategic planning, strong relationship-building skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, property management services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
