๐Ÿš€ About the role We're looking for an intern to support across Talent Development, Leadership Programs, and Onboarding, helping us run key people initiatives while improving how we work behind the scenes. This role combines operations, coordination, and process improvement, with exposure to core Talent topics like internal mobility, leadership development, and onboarding experience. You won't just execute - you'll help us make our processes smarter and more scalable. ๐ŸŽฏ What you'll do 1. Onboarding Operations & Experience Manage onboarding communications (emails, chat support, pre-onboarding tasks) Track onboarding KPIs and support reporting Coordinate onboarding processes and follow-ups Identify and implement improvements to automate manual tasks ๐Ÿ‘‰ This is a high-impact area ensuring a smooth experience for all new joiners 2. Leadership Programs Coordination Track participation, attendance, and program data Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy Prepare materials (certificates, workbooks, etc.) Coordinate agendas, communications, and follow-ups Support continuous improvement of tracking and reporting systems ๐Ÿ‘‰ You'll be at the core of how we run and scale leadership programs 3.
