ARHS Group, part of Accenture , is looking for a Cloud Team Leader (Managed Services) to join our Cloud Center of Excellence. In this hybrid technical and leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cloud Managed Services team, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across cloud environments. You'll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to guide your team and deliver high-quality cloud services to our clients. THE WORK: Lead the Cloud Managed Services team, managing daily operations including incident, problem, and change management. Oversee cloud architecture to ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms. Act as a mentor and technical reference for team members - supporting both technical execution and professional growth. Drive automation and optimization initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, and Python . Define and maintain the Managed Services Quality Plan , continuously improving workflows (e.g., Jira SDM ). Monitor KPIs and service health, providing actionable reports and recommendations to management. Manage team capacity, budget planning, and on-call schedules. Shape the mid- and long-term Cloud MSP strategy as Product Owner, staying ahead of emerging trends. Develop and maintain internal and external technical documentation. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service management best practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 5-10 years of experience in Cloud Operations , Managed Services , or a technical leadership role . Proven expertise in cloud architecture and operations ( AWS and Azure ). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes , Terraform , Ansible , and Python . Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab). Knowledge of cloud security , networking , and cost optimization . ITIL certification (mandatory). At least one cloud certification (AWS or Azure). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team. Proactive mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
